The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) provides the public with a general right to access information.
A request for information must be made in writing, and the requester must give their full name and address, which can be an email address.
The request must be for information that the authority already holds, authorities are not required to create information or give opinions. The authority does not need to supply information that is already available to the public.

Personal information is not part of the FOIA. The legislation relating to personal information is the General Data Protection Act (GDPR) and Access to Health Records.

For the most part, we will charge you only for hard copies or copying onto media (e.g. memory stick). Some information is available free, but there may be a charge for some.

The Trust board sets the direction and strategy of the organisation, ensuring that it operates within sound rules of governance covering legal, environmental, financial and staff matters.
The Executive team
The Executive Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the trust in accordance with its policies, national statutory and other relevant guidance.
Non-executive directors
Non-executive directors are appointed by NHS England. They provide an independent overview of the work of the Trust's executive functions. Non-executive directors are selected with a view to representing the cultural, ethnic and business composition of the local community.
