Biography
I am a Consultant in Stroke Medicine, committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals who have experienced strokes. My expertise lies in diagnosing and managing stroke-related conditions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for my patients whilst staying up to date with regards to stroke prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and advancements in stroke medicine.
I have studied at Brighton and Sussex Medical School and was one of the first graduates in 2008, since then have trained across London in various tertiary hospitals and district general hospitals. I started training primarily within acute medicine but then sub specialised within stroke medicine having completed a year out of programme within stroke medicine at Charring Cross hospital within Imperial NHS trust. I have been at West Hertfordshire NHS trust as a substantive stroke consultant for 5 years at present whilst also working at Charring Cross contributing to the Thrombectomy on call consultant team. I am also currently the Clinical lead for Care of Elderly Medicine and Stroke at West Hertfordshire NHS trust.
