Biography
After graduation in Pakistan in 1988, I came to UK and went through training, during which I passed all my postgraduate examinations including MRCP and MSc. I developed my special interest in Cardiology, but kept my commitment and service in general acute Medicine. I have special experience in Disaster management. I played active role in managing Rift-valley Fever epidemic in Saudi Arabia in 2000, Kashmir Earthquake in 2005, Floods relief in Pakistan in 2009, etc. I led an International charitable relief organization for 2 years in 2017-18.
I joined Watford General Hospital in 2013. Currently I am the Trust Lead for DVT Service, Lead for AAU-Clinical Governance. I am Trust Appraiser and Educational and Clinical Supervisor for doctors in Training.
