Biography
Dr Nina Breunung Joshi is currently the Clinical Director of Radiology at the West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and additionally supports the Beds & Herts Breast Screening Service as a radiologist as well as East of England Radiology Professional Clinical Advisor for the regional QA team of the breast screening service.
Originally from Germany, Nina completed her schooling in England and undertook her degree in Medicine at Kings College London (MBBS 2007) as well as a bachelor degree in Medical Physics and Biological Engineering at University College London. Her Radiology training was completed at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (FRCR 2013).
After a Breast Imaging Fellowship at Northwick Park and the North London breast screening service, Dr Nina Breunung-Joshi took a full time Breast and General Radiology post at the West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust working at the symptomatic Breast Unit at St Albans Hospital as well as covering acute radiology services.
In her spare time she likes to go for runs with her dog and partake in competitive artistic rollerskating dancing with her two daughters as well as train in synchronised swimming.
