Biography
Dr. Oluseye Rasaq Balogun, MB; BS, FRCA, DESA, is a consultant anaesthetist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in obstetric and pediatric anaesthesia. He completed his medical degree in Nigeria in 2004 and moved to the United Kingdom to pursue further training. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthesia and a diplomate of the European Society of Anaesthesiology.
Dr. Balogun's training has taken him across various hospitals in the UK and Nigeria, including the University College Hospital in Ibadan, where he held senior registrar positions. He has extensive experience in anaesthetic management, including advanced training in obstetric and paediatric anaesthesia. Dr. Balogun is also involved in teaching and simulation, having been a faculty member in several courses and workshops.
Dr. Balogun is actively involved in research and audit projects, contributing to the development of best practices in anaesthesia.
