We offer thrombolysis, a critical intervention that can significantly improve outcomes for stroke patients. This treatment involves the administration of clot-busting medication to restore blood flow to the brain, ideally within the first few hours of symptom onset. If appropriate, we refer for Thrombectomy at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, our local tertiary centre.

We provide daily TIA clinics, ensuring timely assessment and management for patients at risk, with same day investigations as standard if required.
